About Heidi

Heidi is a Chanel-only store. Not "designer inspired", not a bit of everything — one house, one catalogue, 782 pieces of it. If you already know which line you want, this is a place where you can find it, see the size, see the price, and be done.

Why the catalogue is only Chanel

Most stores in this category carry a little of every brand and end up two or three pieces deep in each one. That is fine for browsing and useless for buying, because the moment you want a specific size or a specific hardware colour it is not there.

Going one house deep solves that. Classic Flap alone runs to 172 options here. Chanel 19 has 48. There are 36 totes, 26 2.55 Reissues, 24 Coco Handles, 15 Gabrielles, 12 Boy bags, 12 Chanel 22s, plus camera bags, hobos and vanity cases. Alongside the bags sit 49 belts, 27 wallets and card holders, 12 clutches and 8 backpacks. You can put four versions of the same line side by side and pick the one you actually wanted.

What you get on a product page

Every listing carries real photography of the piece and a real price. Nothing is a placeholder and nothing is "price on request". Where the information exists, the page states the line, the size in centimetres, the leather, the hardware and the closure, so you can judge the bag before it is in your hands rather than after.

Prices are shown in 21 currencies. You see your own, not a converted guess.

How we write about the bags

We describe the object. Line, size, leather, hardware, strap drop, what fits inside. We do not use grading jargon, we do not stack superlatives, and we do not tell you a bag is the best thing you will ever own. If a detail is not known, the page does not invent it.

These are replica pieces and the listings say so plainly. We would rather you order knowing exactly what is coming than be pleasantly surprised by our adjectives.

Ordering, shipping and returns

Standard delivery is free and takes 7–15 days. Express is $30 and takes 4–10 days. Orders ship on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, so import taxes and customs duties are already inside the price you paid at checkout — there is nothing to settle at the door.

If an order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, we reship it at no cost or refund it in full, whichever you prefer. Returns run on a 30-day window from the day the item reaches you, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
